So then, the abuse and exploitation of power arises, fundamentally, from not being accountable to the ultimate source of all power, the Divine. Pride goes before a fall, as they say. Pride is to act independently, independent of life&#039;s governing principles and their source. 

Unfortunately, when the human intellect falls prey to ignorance, to forgetfulness, to pride, it can justify anything to suit its purpose, yes, even in the name of God and ultimate goodness. But real truth is characterized by wisdom, love and compassion, and hence humble and courageous men of character will always commit to use power wisely.]]></description>
